MLB Odds to Win the World Series
Los Angeles Dodgers +160 MLB Odds
The Dodgers have continued their regular season dominance into the postseason, cruising through the Wild Card and Divisional rounds. And when we speak of depth, there’s no team that has more of it than the Dodgers. From spots 1 through 9 in the batting order, the Dodgers can exploit even the best opposing pitching. They also have two Aces in Clayton Kershaw and Walker Buehler, and a bullpen that’s capable of shutting down the best offences in the league. Tampa Bay Rays +210 MLB Odds
Despite finishing atop the American League during the regular season, the Tampa Bay Rays feel like a Cinderella team this postseason. They’re small market and lack the household names needed to be perceived as a favourite. But make no mistake, this Rays club is edged only by the Dodgers in team depth and have earned their spot on the MLB betting lines. The Rays have five quality arms in the rotation and arguably the most talented bullpen of the four remaining teams.
Atlanta Braves +400 MLB Odds
The Braves’ offense was dominant during the regular season, but it’s been their pitching and defense that has stood out so far this postseason. They’ve shut out the opposition in four of their five playoff games, and have continued to pound the ball offensively. The main criticism of the Braves so far is that they haven’t really faced a true contender yet in the playoffs, having defeated the Cincinnati Reds and Miami Marlins easily. The Astros had the longest World Series odds on the MLB lines entering into their divisional series at +1500. But with Carlos Correa coming alive to a tune of a .500 batting average to go along with a playoff-best four homeruns and 12 RBI, and much of the 2019 Championship roster still intact, the Astros are a legitimate threat to deliver on their underdog status.
