Bodog.eu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website or communicated directly to participants.
The promotion is open exclusively to individuals who meet the legal age requirements for gambling in their jurisdiction and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Employees of Bodog.eu, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

The promotion will open April 11, 2025, at 9:00 AM EST and conclude on April 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST.
To be eligible for the promotion, players must place their first qualifying bet within the promotional period.
The qualifying bet must be placed exclusively on the market labeled Money Back Bet – Stanley Cup Winner* . Bets placed outside this market will not qualify for the promotion.
The qualifying bet must use cash funds only – not bonus funds. Bets placed using bonus funds or a combination of cash and bonus funds will not qualify for this promotion.
Only one 'Money Back Bet' is allowed per player, household, IP address, email address, credit card number, or shared computer environment.
In the event of multiple qualifying bets being placed during the promotional period, only the first bet that meets all criteria will be considered for this promotion.

The 'Money Back Bet' promotion allows participants to receive a credit of up to $100.00 if the selected Canadian team is eliminated in the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.
Eligible Canadian teams are limited to those participating in the NHL and competing for the Stanley Cup during the current season.
If a participant’s selected Canadian team fails to make it to the playoffs altogether, the bet will be voided and credited back to your account.
Credits will be issued as bonus funds and credited to eligible players during the week commencing May 5, 2025, after the conclusion of the first round of playoffs.
Bonus funds awarded through this promotion are subject to a rollover requirement of 5x on sports bets before withdrawal can be requested.
The maximum credit amount is $100 per participant, regardless of whether the qualifying bet exceeds this amount.

The 'Money Back Bet' applies only to single bets placed on eligible markets during the promotional period. Parlays, teasers, or other multi-selection wagers are not eligible.
In cases where a qualifying bet results in a tie or push, it will not be eligible for this promotion.
Bonus funds received through this promotion cannot be withdrawn directly and must adhere to rollover requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
Bodog.eu reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds if fraudulent activity is suspected or if participants are found in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions running concurrently on Bodog.eu.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet all eligibility requirements before placing a bet under this promotion.
In case of discrepancies between these Terms & Conditions and the promotional terms, Bodog.eu’s general terms and conditions shall prevail.
Bodog.eu is not responsible for technical malfunctions or errors that may affect bet placement or bonus fund crediting during this promotion.
By participating in this promotion, players agree that all decisions made by Bodog.eu regarding eligibility and credits are final and binding.
