Why did I receive a System Error message when trying to place my wagers?
While few and far between, circumstances out of your control can result in your inability to place wagers in our Sportsbook.
If we encounter such issues, we do our best to identify them quickly and to notify our players with the use of a blue banner that will appear at the top of our Sportsboook. There will be times however, when our players are the first to alert us that an issue is occurring.
If such an issue should occur, you may be presented with the following error message in the Bet Slip:
A system error has occurred. Please consult our Help Center for more information. Sorry for the inconvenience.
That message has brought you here, but what does it mean?
There could be a few reasons this message was triggered, but typically it’s related to your selections and the communication between your PC or mobile device and our backend systems.
What do I do if an error message like this appears?
We have likely been alerted by your fellow players and are already hard at work resolving it, but if you continue to experience the same issue or don’t see a blue banner in the Sportsbook with an update, please feel to reach out to us.
