• Chat may only be conducted in English. Players using any other language may receive a warning or have their chat privileges disabled, either temporarily or permanently. Inappropriate, hateful, or offensive language and behavior will not be tolerated, whether it concerns other players or staff.
• Players may select a username the first time joining a Live Dealer table. The selected username may not be offensive or profane in any way. Usernames cannot be changed once they are established.
• If there is a misdeal or technical problem of any kind, hands will be voided and the original bet will be returned to the player.
• When playing Bet Behind, you are subject to the actions of the main player, no matter what action they choose. No reimbursements will be issued if you do not agree with their decision.
• If you lose connectivity after your bet has been placed, your hand will remain in play and conclude based on optimal player strategy. This is in the player’s best interest as well as anyone back betting on that hand.
• Professional card counters are forbidden. If, in our reasonable discretion, we determine that such activity is occurring, account may be disabled and further action may be taken.
• Bonus funds cannot be used for play on Live Dealer games.
