Why was my teaser settled at a loss?

If every wager won except for the one that was a push and your teaser was deemed a loss, it's because you placed a sweetheart teaser. Unlike regular teasers, sweetheart teasers never reduce. If one of the wagers results in a push, the whole teaser is a loss.

 

What happens if one portion of my parlay/teaser is graded “No Action”?

Ties or no action wagers reduce the number of teams in your parlay or teaser (except for sweetheart teasers, which never reduce). For example, a four-team parlay with two ties reduces to a two-team parlay. A three-team teaser with one tie reduces to a two-team teaser. In all cases, the payout is recalculated based on the reduced number of teams. However, if any portion of a two-team teaser is graded "Push" or "No Action", or if your parlay or teaser reduces to zero teams, the entire wager will be graded "No Action" and your money will be refunded.

 

What are added games?

Added games are games that aren't on the regular Vegas rotation. They usually involve smaller schools that are harder to gain information on; therefore, they are added later than other lines in the same sport. In order to offset the lack of information, added games are restricted (which means they are subject to reduced betting maximums and can't be included in parlays and teasers).

 

What happens if the odds change after I placed my bet?

The odds quoted at the time your bet is made and confirmed will be used to settle your bet, regardless of any line changes after that time.

 

Can I cancel or change my bet?

No, you can't cancel or modify a bet once it has been received and accepted by Bodog Poker, Casino, Sportsbook and Racebook. This policy is strictly enforced. As you are responsible for all of your wagers, make sure that you review and confirm all bet details before clicking "Place Bets".

 

Can I bet both sides of the same event?

No, you can't bet both sides of the same event as betting both sides of the same event, or "Reverse Activity", would allow unscrupulous bettors to falsely achieve a minimum amount of wagering activity in order to qualify for bonuses.

 

I bet on an event and won, but my account wasn’t credited. Why?

Did you check your Bodog account statement after placing your bet? Do you have a reference number for your bet? If the bet doesn't show up in your account statement, it may not have been accepted by the transaction server. How can I check that my bet went through?

You can confirm the details of your bet in your Account Statement, accessible through your Dashboard after logging in. To view a list of everything you have bet on that has yet to close, click the Open Bets link. To view a list of your bets that have closed recently, click the Bet History link. My golfer didn’t start the tournament. Why hasn’t my wager been graded “No Action”?

Unless the entire golf tournament is cancelled, all bets have action (even if a competitor withdraws for some reason).

 

The soccer game I bet on ended in a tie. Why was my wager graded “Loss” instead of “Push”?

In soccer, moneyline wagers have three outcomes: you can pick either of the teams to win, pick a draw or, if you don’t pick a draw and the game ends in a tie, lose the wager.
